We are a small family business based in Dudley , West Midlands that has been distributing goods in the UK since 1988. In 2004 we extended our range to include Craft Items and we are continuing to increase the range of Craft goods available almost daily. The prices shown include 17.5% VAT which is shown seperately at the checkout , but exclude postage and packing , unlike some of our fellow suppliers we believe the packing cost should only cover our expenses and the price we charge typically averages only around £0.20 per item , we have a minimum postage and packing cost of £1.95 ( unfortunately we have had to increase this on 6th April 2009 for yet another Royal Mail increase !! ) and maximum postage and packing charge of £5.00 , as we believe this will cover any eventuality. The postage and packing charge is applied at the shopping cart basket. We have a minimum order value of £2.50 excluding VAT , before postage costs are added. We accept payment by all major Credit and Debit Cards through Barclays ePDQ secure card processing system , cheque , postal order , direct bank transfer , Paypal and NoChex , please select the option you prefer at the checkout. We only store details you provide for the processing of your order , and none of this information is passed to any third party. Cleared secure Credit and Debit Card payments often mean goods are despatched the same day. We are primarily a website based supplier to keep our costs to a minimum , and allow us to offer competitive prices , we can by prior arrangement allow goods to be collected from our warehouse , but unfortunately the goods in the warehouse are not on open display at the present time for browsing. We currently offer shipping to UK and European addresses , for orders to other Worldwide destinations please email us with your requirement and we will calculate the shipping and insurance costs involved for the package. Any order placed to Worldwide destinations , will show an additional shipping charge will be charged based on the order value , weight , and final destination. We will contact you with details of this charge , giving you the option to cancel your order should this prove unacceptable. we have had reports of difficulties with our cart returning to the correct
page on our website and an error message being posted , this is usually
due to firewall settings on the particular computer you are using ,
unfortunately we are not able to control this eventuality , however

process your order from our end and send you a payment request by whichever
